For more than a decade, Jay and Heidi St. John have been ministering to homeschooling families. In 2010, Heidi drew from her experience as a busy homeschool mom to write "The Busy Homeschool Mom's Guide to Romance", which was an extension of a class she had been teaching at homeschool conferences for several years.

It's focus is to encourage homeschooling families to think about their marriages as God sees them—full of hope and promise. A relationship like no other. Honestly, a successful marriage is absolutely key to successful homeschooling! A happy marriage is the "glue" that will get you through hours of math, grammar and writing lessons, because successful marriages are beautiful partnerships. That "cord of three strands" that Solomon talks about really is God's heart for the marriage relationship.
