Every year, the St. Johns travel and speak to homeschooling families across North America! And they love it!  (Well, most of the time.) Heidi brings laughter, REAL encouragement, practical advice and honest conversation about homeschooling, raising a family and nurturing marriage through it all. Heidi's husband, Jay, is a gifted worship leader.  Together, they bring hope and encouragement that is found in Jesus Christ where ever they go.

What would Heidi talk about?

Heidi loves to bring real, honest encouragement to audiences - and she does so by sharing openly about the joys and struggles of homeschooling. Marriage is a favorite topic too, because a successful, happy marriage is foundational to successful homeschooling! There are a lot of things to talk about and Heidi will touch on many key issues related to homeschooling, reminding audiences of the amazing opportunity that homeschooling provides parents and children.

Be prepared to be challenged, exhorted and encouraged when Heidi is speaking ... and get ready to laugh, too, because after becoming a mom to seven kids (ages 19- 4 months) and growing up in Boring, Oregon, Heidi has a lot to laugh about.

What Does It Cost?

The St. Johns ask that you cover travel expenses (including hotel cost when necessary) and either take an offering or pay a pre-determined amount beyond travel expenses.  Depending on the number of sessions they do, this amount should be in the neighborhood of $300-$1200.  Heidi usually travels with her husband Jay and whenever possible, they travel together as a family in their RV.  If they are driving, you will need to cover travel expenses using a standard mileage chart based on where they will be coming FROM at that time of year.  Most of the year, the St. Johns travel from their home in SW Washington state.
